Tha Analysis of Algorithms Bulleting Board is reopened.

Messages for posting should be mailed to

       aofa@cs.wpi.edu

All messages will be inspected for suitability (using generous criteria)
and potentially damaging attachments (using strict criteria).

Because this "moderation" is done before the messages show up in the BB,
some delay must be expected.  I shall try to keep it easily tolerable.
