Hi, 


I have a dream. I would like to see an electronic archive somewhere
with all the relevant papers. Sure, many people like Philippe, Wojtek
and others [sorry if your name isn't there] have homepages with
their own papers, but other stuff is not so easy to get. 

Is it a legal problem? Then one could use a secret URL.
Or is it a problem of web space?

Algo.bib has thousand of entries. Now we should go one
step further and store the papers!
